Any user/student registration fee or course duration extension fee once paid is not refundable.

We strongly recommend using the trial version of the software/course, which is free of cost, before deciding to pay the fee for paid user/student registration. This way you would be paying the fee only if you are convinced about the usefulness and worth of the software/course for you.

Likewise, you may decide to pay the course duration extension fee if required, only if you are convinced about the usefulness and worth of such an extension of course duration for you.

A registered paid user of 'Anupama Hindi Software' is allowed to make payments using the same email ID for the purchase of other Anupama Software products, such as Anupama Hindi Typing Tutor. However, if multiple payments are made for the purchase of 'Anupama Hindi Software' with the same email ID, these additional payments will be treated as donations towards the development of 'Anupama Hindi Software' and will be non-refundable.
